Keep a copy of your direction
Export work queue downloads the editing notes and comments associated with your review queue. It does not include the video files. Videos you are allowed to access can be downloaded using the video’s download control.
A delete mark is a review decision
Mark delete adds a direction for the next work pass. It does not erase the video. You can clear the decision or change it to Keep or Needs edits.
Trash is recoverable
Move to trash hides a take from the active library. Its video, notes, and comments are retained and can be restored from Trash. Trashed footage still counts toward workspace storage. Online review actions do not modify the original video archive on your computer.
Request permanent deletion or account closure
Permanent removal is handled by request in this release. Email info@rewireindia.co from your registered account email, identify the workspace, and describe the videos, account, or other information you want removed. We will verify your authority before acting. Do not include your password. We will explain what can be removed, any shared-workspace considerations, and applicable backup or record-retention limits.
Shared copies
Workspace members may have downloaded footage or exported editing direction. Removing information from this service cannot recall copies already held by other people. If your request concerns a workspace managed by someone else, tell us which workspace and what relationship you have to it.
